- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Sale items or items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- We will provide you with a Return Authorization number and further instructions on how to return your item(s).
- Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, if possible, and include the Return Authorization number and your order number inside the package.
- Ship the return package to the address provided.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
4. Refunds
